Pastor Mike is the Senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel San Jose. A burden was placed on his heart to guide and train the next generation in the ways of the Lord through education. He and his wife Brenda McClure have been married for 15 years and they have been blessed with six children.

Brenda McClure graduated from SJSU and received her B.A. in History with a minor in Political Science. She has been home schooling her three older children for several years and has a love for teaching. She is married to Pastor Mike McClure, Sr. Pastor at Calvary Chapel San Jose. They have been married for 15 years and have six children.

Jody Clarke received her B.S. in Psychology from Syracuse University. She has been home schooling her two older children since 2005 and has a passion for Christian education. She currently serves as a curriculum advisor to Calvary Christian Academy. She and Peter Clarke have been married for 15 years and they have three children.
Laura Munguia

Laura Munguia graduated from Santa Clara University and received a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Spanish. She has a passion for serving and for kids and serves in various capacities through the Children’s Ministry of Calvary Chapel, San Jose. She and her husband Jose have two children.
Suzy Negrette
Kindergarten Teacher
Suzy Negrette has been teaching Kindergarten for more than 5 years. She graduated from San Jose Christian College, now known as William Jessup University, and received her Masters and Teaching Credential from National University. Working with children is a passion for Suzy because she loves to encourage them and watch them grow. She is married to Vinnie Negrette who serves as a Jr High Youth Leader at Calvary Chapel San Jose and they have two children.

Susan Weigand has been teaching for over seven years at Pioneer Family Academy. She attended Carnegie Mellon University and the New School of Music. She has a passion for teaching and for music. She and her husband David have three sons.

Mary Ishiki received her B.A. from the University of Hawaii in Liberal Studies. She has home schooled her two daughters for most of their schooling. Mary has served the Lord diligently as a pastor's wife for over 21 years. During this time Mary has developed and used her gift of teaching within the Women's and Children's Ministries. Mary has a amazing gift with discipling children on how to follow God with all their heart! She has been married to Deano Ishiki for 22 years.

Sarah is a graduate of Westmont Christian College where she received highest honors and her teaching credential. She is relocated to San Jose from Montana where her family serves in the Pottersfield ministry. Sarah is a strong Christian, loves children and loves to teach.
Stephanie Minick
5th/6th Grade Teacher
Stephanie is a graduate of Fresno Pacific University where she received her degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Conflict and Peacemaking, and her teaching credential. She loves teaching and loves reading literature. She and her husband Aaron enjoy hiking.

Vinnie serves as the Calvary Chapel San Jose Jr High Youth Pastor. He loves the Lord and has a heart for reaching youth. He and his wife Suzy have been married since 1996 and they have two children.

Brad is the Missions Pastor at Calvary Chapel San Jose. He has been a Christian since he was 13 years old and been coming to Calvary Chapel since he was 9 years old. He is married to Brenda Wood and has two children.

Charlie is an Assistant Pastor at Calvary Chapel San Jose. He has been walking with this Lord since 1975 and been married to his wife Karen since 1979. They have four adult daughters and one granddaughter.
